Owner rude and unhelpful
I bought what was sold to me as a high powered pump action water gun, paid £14.50. However, on trying it when we got home, found it was useless, cheap and nasty rubbish, just produced a thin weak stream of water. Took it back next day and explained it wasn't fit for purpose, not asking for a refund, but happy to accept something else instead. However, I was told by the store owner that because I had opened it he wouldn't take it back, or swap it for something else, simply said 'it works, get over it'. Not sure how I could have found it it was no good unless I opened it and tried it?? Could have had a reasonable discussion with the man, but he was so rude it was impossible! I feel cheated, wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend this shop!
