Ugly... Very ugly!
Probably the worst dinning experience of my life! The food was straight from the freezers of Iceland, and some of it was lucky enough to pass by a microwave before being served to me. My girlfriend had the 'fillet' steak... HA! Fillet?!? Braising Steak at best. If you try and complain you will only be told that the food is renowned as the best in London, and have the automatic 10% service charge removed from your bill. The service is no better than the food, the toilets are disgusting, and what should have been a good trip to see a show at the arena was spoilt, due to the misfortune of stumbling across this so called restaurant!! McDonalds is just over the road, go there instead as the food is much better (at least it's cooked!) and you won't feel like you've had your wallet stolen at knifepoint! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Worst restaurant ever
I never normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after having the misfortune to eat here. Cheap food, frozen vegetables, dirty toilets, rude waitresses, obnoxious manager, overpriced..... i could go on, but i won't. Avoid this place!!!

A lot for a little
Very miss-leading price list. If you want vegetables or salads with your "meal" (which average around £13-£20 each for a portion of meat and potato)it will cost you £4 extra. Everything is subject to a 10% service charge (it is automatically added despite being called optional?!?!.Pleasant enough inside and service was very good but portions were not sufficient to fill. All in all a lot for a little.
