Pathetic customer service .
We ordered made to measure gold rings for our 25th Anniversary 3 weeks before it was needed.We live on south coast so it was collected by friends on our anniversary party day. When we exchanged the rings after our renewed vows,We found Rings were too small..We could go after few weeks and explained the problems which was sorted there and then but no sympathy and apologies.On telling them how much hassle it has caused us to travel 60 miles we were presented with a key ring as compensation.We could not believe the customer service they could provide.Will never step in that shop.All t he more concerned after reading news article about their practice of hallmarking

just the best
I wanted to buy a gift for my girlfriend but I am very bad at choosing the right gift. Rathy Jeweller's staff was very friendly, they helped me choose a nice gift which girl friend really really liked. Best service @ best bargain!!
