It's totally weird to say I loved my visit to the dentist! My 4 fillings procedure started with Ravi stretching my mouth open, sticking needles in me, drowning me in water, pulling and tugging with the soft, dulcet background tones of a high-pitched screeching drill. What's not to like? But I was greeted warmly by the reception team, swapped banter with Ravi and Anna, felt no pain throughout, just some discomfort and no pain as the anaesthetic wore off. My teeth are now in much better shape, and I will be able to consume gallons of ice cream without the dreaded aching reaction to cold stuff. So, yes, 5 stars were well deserved.

Great dentist! Very professional, gentle, and caring. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is spotless. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Efficient and very polite
Very polite and efficient reception staff. The hygienist was very gentle and friendly and treated me efficiently. The dentist examined and explained the situation with great care

Very thoughtfull
Kind, considerate and thoughtful. Checks regularly to make sure the patient isnt in pain. In so far as a visit to him could be a pleasure given the process I guess it actually is. The Reception staff are always welcoming and efficient. My partner at home was more nervous than I was!

An excellent first impression - pleasant friendly staff, comfortable surroundings and the time taken to display/explain the x-ray findings much appreciated. Dr Ravi, Beyonce, Binisha and Malti all seemed on top of their game and I have confidence for any necessary future work.
