Rental agreement number 513058 *Not even worth 1 star. B****S*** services provider. *Booked a 7 seater on 23/05/16 at 15:33 hour to be collected on 03/06/16 at 06:00 hour. *Went there and been told there was NO car for me after waiting for 20 minutes. *Been offered 2 cars that were NOT ROAD WORTHY and in filthy stage. One got a crack about 1.5 feet across windscreen and it was filthy inside-out. 2nd car was crashed/dented the whole length of Near side. I did not even bother to look inside. Complete disregarding Health and Safety of their customers. So I asked the staff if he was willing to drive these vehicles with his child inside. He said "NO". *Demanding paid deposit back. So far, not successful. And asking for compensation for breaching rent agreement. Awaiting reply. *Apparently, their customer service email is not working. customer.services@easirent.com. I was given by their staff members. So I sent the complaint mail to reservations@easirent.com and asked them to forward it to cs team. Hope it works. *They said "NEW CARs" on their web, I would say "NEW CARS" my "A**". *The company is a member of BVRLA. *Next step is taking this complaint to them. I will keep update with the progress. TOTAL DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICES SECTOR. WORST MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. **update 13/06/2016-Deposit not return yet. Going to write a complaint to BVRLA. **update 28/06/2016-Partial deposit money refunded on 13/06. BVRLA had to ask them to respond my emails. Their CS team sent me a very short email which was not professional at all. (errors, wrong format, language used, no apology). Today I sent documents to my bank so that they will claim my money back from them and another complaint sent to BVRLA and asked them to discipline easirent accordingly as it does not follow Codes of Conduct. **update 13/07/2016-full refund yet to be received. Started money claim back through my bank. Initiated BVRLA complaint but they closed the case as I have opened a claim through Money Claim Online. Now the case is in defence stage. Their director involves stating wrong information on the defence reply on the court paper. Personally contacted him and prompted him not to get embarrassed himself before a judge if the case goes to the court. Now awaitng telephone call from mediator service. It appears that they are not capable of reading emails & files attached properly.
