I had given my expensive white color shirt for dry cleaning which I had worn just once or twice. As the Elegance Dry Cleaner's shop was located near the tube station it was convenient for me to drop my shirt on my way to work. When I got the shirt back, it was discolored, it had lost all its shine and glaze. The shirt's collar was in a bad shape with threads coming out, small black threads were all over the shirt and the sleeves were still dirty. The shirt doesn't look new any more. It was a complete waste of money. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to them.
