Absolutely disgusting
I wish I had looked for reviews of Azad Skip hire before using them. The skip arrived on the morning of the day they said that they would deliver it, however, trying to get it removed was the problem. The skip was delivered on the Tuesday and I filled it the same day. I called Azads late afternoon and they said it had been booked in the be collected the following day. It had still not been collected by Thursday afternoon so I called them again and I was told that it would be collected on Friday. At 4.40pm on the Friday I called them and asked it it would be removed that day as it was close to closing time. I was told by a man (who had an attitude problem throughout all of calls) that the drivers were working until 7.00pm as they had a problem with a vehicle earlier in the week. I asked why I hadn't been told and just got an apology. The skip wasn't collected on Friday. That evening I looked at reviews on Google and saw that I was not the only person to have this problem and it seems that this is standard practice. On Saturday morning I called again and I explained the issue to him and he said that the skip would be collected that morning. I asked him to promise that it would be collected and he did. I also explained that I had read the reviews online and all he did was laugh! I called them again after midday on the Saturday. When I asked when it would be collected as I had been promied it would collected that morning he expalined that the drivers were working all that afternoon. When asked why it hadn't been collected on Friday he said that the drivers ran out of hours at 6.30pm. I asked why I hadn't been called and told it would not be collected on Friday and he said that the office had closed. Clearly drivers don't have phones and, if they do, they don't know how to use them. I told him that I thought she was making up different stories each time I spoke to him, his response you can think what you want! I told him to drop the attitude and arrange for the skip to be collected. Finally, about 7 weeks later it was collected. My advice to anyone thinking of using Azad Skips in Wembley don't do it. Find another company that knows how to provide a good service and doesn't have incompetent people working in the office. As a result of their incompetence I managed to lose a very good client and £6000 of the final payment I was due to receive on completion. Also dont book a skip based on the good reviews as Mili is related to the director of the company

Very bad service
Tried to get them to collect skip and person their hung up on me and then all the phone lines suddenly became busy. Disappointing service. Quick to take money but hard to get hold of to collect the skip. Would NEVER use them again.

appalling service
overall service is abysmal -- they do not collect their skips-- I still have one -- they waste your time arranging collections that do not happen -- they should not be allowed to trade -- don't give them your money until they come to take the skip away -- one hell of a way of operating -- who is checking these providers!! where is the local authority..where is the environment agency -- use at your peril!! I believe MILI worked there -- ignore her comments if she is the same person -- probably related!

they dont collect skips
We hired 10x skips of 12 yards from azad skips and they are not collecting the last two skips and messing us about every day for the past 3 weeks. telling us they will collect the next day and then the next and now we have their skips in our drive which is blocking any delivery we have coming. the only reason they were collecting the first few skips was because we were ordering more from them and they needed to take the old ones back to make room for the empty skips and they always demanding cash upfront. please avoid this company anyway you can.

Unreliable! Would not recommend
We ordered a skip from AZAD, finished our building work and called for the skip to be collected. It has been over 3 weeks now, and they have still not come to remove it. Awful service! Please do NOT use them!

They are Lier and cheater
We have ordered 8 yard skip and they have provided 6 yard skip and charged £175 for 6 yard skip telling us this is 8 yard skip. We have ordred three times and come to know when we ask them to send 6 yard skip and they said they have not got in stock. We order from another company and they confirmed that their skip is only 6 yards. When we spoke to Mr Mirza at AZAD SKIP, he said that is how we do business. We have requested our money back but they declined to pay back and told us do what ever we can do. They are cheater and lier. Please stay away from them. Although we have reported to Watchdog and office of fair trading.
