About Us

I provide 1-1 coaching/mentoring sessions to individuals who wish to reach career, business and personal goals as well as group coaching workshops for personal development, confidence, motivation, public speaking, vision board creation, success and more! I use integrated coaching methods using Neuro-linguistic programming/Cognitive behavioural tools and Psychotherapy. These tools enable me to tackle negative/irrational behaviours and letting go of past issues. Experienced in Recruitment, Business Development and Mental health I also provide training in Mental Health for organisations wishing to raise awareness, challenge stigma and stress/anxiety management and user/women empowerment for well known charities such as Mind. In addition will soon be providing Recovery courses for Mental health users (Wellness Recovery Action Planning-WRAP). Finally I speak publicly around these issues on a regular basis.

Operating Times

Very flexible, would make appointments that suit the client...morning/afternoon/evenings/weekends. Would agree an appropriate public place to meet and can even consult over the phone or Skype.

Based in Harrow but more than happy to travel to suit needs of clients.

Special Offers

Free introductory consultation. Offering £50 instead of £75 per hour if booking 10 session package. Sessions last an hour and meet or Skype on a weekly basis. Can be adjusted to 2 hour sessions which enables a further £5 discount per session and is more of an intensive course.

Training and Group coaching varies depending on your bespoke requirements but cost is either per hour or per course delegate. Mental health awareness training would be about £50-75 per hour whilst Coaching & NLP services would be £50 per person or less depending on subject.
