lying, cheating, incompetent...
I was taken in by lies and a couple of obviously faked testimonials. £2,000 of beautiful mosaic tiles ruined because he is a lazy, incompetent con man. thankfully I didn't pay him the balance after seeing what a terrible job he did. then he started making threats and being abusive. not a nice person and I don't think he is really a tiler. I also then found a watch and other posessions missing, so stay well clear of this scum bag.

Is he really a tiler?
I am so disappointed with the quality from Peter Edgington. Sloppy and rushed, he has ruined over £1800 of tiles including our feature mosaics which I could have done better myself. I hoped and believed in his skill but he is a cowboy and on showing my dissatisfaction he then started threatening me and demanding money for what he considered a job done. I am unfortunately now taking legal action against him and hope others do not have the same experience I have had. My new tiler could not believe how bad his work was, so at least I am now in good hands, but over 2000 pounds to fix Peter"s work which I am claiming back from him.

done quickly and unprofessionally
We used Peter Edgington of T&L Tiling to tile our kitchen and bathrooms. Whilst he was very confident in his work when he came round and the pictures on the website look impressive, the end result is certainly not.We have been left with cracked tiles, gaps where he has not tiled up to the door way or kitchen cabinets, and large amounts of grout used rather than cutting tiles properly. He installed under tile heating for us and used his electrician who he said was a fully licensed electrician - we are yet to receive the electricians certificate, even though we were promised it.We have tried on numerous occassions to get Peter to return, but so far have had nothing. He has promised to come round, but then doesn't return calls or hangs up the phone if he hears my voice.We are now in the process of having to get someone else to come round, and pull up all the tiling he did and start again...something which is going to cost us much more than we ever thought it would.Be very careful not to be taken in by his pre-sales pitch and website....otherwise you too could end up being caught out and be left with tiling which is not safe and looks bad.

excellent tiler
This tiler is excellent,,, he transformed my house,,, he offers good advice and the tiling was second to none,,, the finish job was outstanding and I have recomended him to several friends,, who have had job done and were all extremly happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be using him again in near future ***********************
