It was a very easy decision to select RooftopRooms to design and build our loft extension. Over several years we had watched the advertising boards and scaffolding for RTR go up and down in our road. This was recommendation enough. We got in touch with the company and right from the start we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. We were able to confirm our confidence in RTR after viewing a similar conversion just several doors away. From start to finish the project was very well managed and executed. The managing team could not have been more helpful, especially in answering some of my questions with great patience and good humour. The general time scales issued were accurate. The weekly work schedule was much appreciated as we were able to plan our own lives ahead. We were able to discuss and changes without any problems. The various building teams were well-mannered, cheerful, sometimes great fun, trustworthy, extremely good workmen – and, best of all, they always arrived on time and treated the rest of my house and garden with utmost respect and care. I was impressed throughout the whole project by the speed with which they all worked. This was often all day without leaving the site. If there was a problem I knew in advance and therefore didn’t spend days waiting in vain. The standard of work was exceptionally high and has been much complimented on, even from members of my very fussy family, some of whom have cosiderable building experience themselves. My partner and I are delighted with the result and would like to thank Colin, Sally, James and Garry from the administrative and project managing team, and all the wonderful teams of young and experienced builders, carpenters, apprentices, team leaders, electricians and plumbers, painters, too numerous to mention individually, but who all made such a great contribution. Without sounding too much like a school referenceI would give you all my highest recommendation. Definitely a five star team and result.

We recently had our loft conversion completed by Rooftop Rooms and are delighted with the finished result. At quote stage they provided good practical advice about how to maximise the space available and were very thorough in detailing the process and how the job would be undertaken. On site the workmen were friendly and at the end of each day kept the site clear and tidy which was important to us as we have a young family. The job was completed to a high standard and would happily recommend Rooftop Rooms to anyone considering a similar project.
