Fashion Specs Direct - great customer service!
I had my delivery of new glasses diect to my workplace. They were about the best I have ever ordered on t'internet. Above everything else, though, was the amazing level of customer care. Sure - they send an automated email, as they all do. But I had a follow-up communication to check @d ordered correctly and then another one to make sure I'd received them and that they were okay! Of course - they were! Highly recommended.

sunglasses in 3 days
I shopped around looking for prescription sunglasses (I had left it until the last minute as usual !), and saw these guys recommended in Moneysavingexpert. I got exactly what I wanted delivered in about 3 days, after a couple of the other sites said it would take 3-4 weeks (one was even coming from Pakistan, even though it said .co.uk on it !!) The quality and service were excellent, wholeheartedly recommend them.

Finally - I had a colleague at work recommend an internet site for buying glasses direct that took all my 'internet-buying' concerns away. That's all you need sometimes! I bought a pair of specs last week (under £20), using my free prescription and 5% discount code FSDACC5, and they were delivered today. Perfect fit and great quality.What made me go with this company, though, was a friend's recommendation and the fact that the site wasn't all self-back-slapping (that puts me off). They are a British company and even called me during the week to reassure me they were doing my order!
