Amazing 5 star service from Sonja

I had the misfortune of breaking down outside this BP petrol station yesterday in my automatic car. It stopped in a dangerous place and I was not covered for breakdown recovery. It was a frightening experience until Sonja, the lady working at BP service station came out to help me. She found three people to help push my car into a safe location on their forecourt, she made me welcome and gave me a cup of tea to calm me down. She helped me source a recovery vehicle and fund me a lift to work over in Birkenhead. She did this in a calm manner, making me smile with her bright comments, all whilst serving her customers and keeping everyone happy. She is a superb example of excellent customer service, over and above , surpassing all expectations Thank you Sonja! I will be coming back regularly, I could not thank you enough Barbara
