Absolutely terrible! Do not take your dog here!
Absolutely appalling! I dropped my Belle, a little Yorkie, off yesterday and she was unrecognisable when I picked her up. I told them I didn't want her cut short and they've shaved her so short that I can see her skin through her coat in places. I don't know what they've done to her but she's so distressed that she won't come out of bed and hasn't stopped shaking and shivering since I brought her home. Her coat is full of lines and steps (see photos on my Google review), all different lengths and she looks as though she's been hacked at by a child let loose with a pair of scissors. I'm so upset with what they've done to my dog and feel like such a bad owner for what I've let them do to her. I just hope her coat grows back quickly because right now I'm embarrassed to take her out. Please, please, please do not take your dog here.

Discusting!!
Do not take your animal here. My dog went in for routine wash and cut didn't expect a chunk of her flesh to be cut off !! Explanation " sorry it was an accident" !!

Customer Service?
This is the second time I have taken my pet to Wags and am disgusted at the way in which I have been treated. I took my dog in on the lead as she is very boisterous, however, when I returned my lead was not in the shop. They promised to call me the next day to advise me whether it had turned up but I had to ring them to be advised that it hadn't. They reluctantly told me to come in and get a new lead however when I got to the shop they said that they would pay half of the cost of a new one. I can only describe the way I have been treated as disgraceful. I was spoken to terribly and am disheartened that people with this level of aggression are caring for pets! In addition, I had given them a £5 tip and my dog looked awful after her cut. I would advise extreme caution when using this groomers.

First visit for dog groom wash & cut could not complain, 2nd time very poor cut missed 1 paw claw cutting cut dog nose, thought ok try for 3 this time just wash & claws cut, wash ok excuses for leaving the claws uncut but still charged full . Even the dog didnt want to enter premises. Overall not impressed looking for new groomer would never go back there.
