fantastic and friendly
I went to vets4pets on recommendation of a family member, never having had a cat before, they were so welcoming and friendly, to me and the cat. They talked through all the vac, microchips, flea, worms etc. They make you feel comfortable and that you can trust them. They give an honest and frank opinions, they dont try to sell you treatments or food etc. I had to call late on friday for advice, and nurse Rachel could not have been more helpful. We took the cat in Saturday morning, for a check up, Rachel and vet Megan, were wonderful, they have the cats best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend them. Waiting room is clean and child friendly. Appointment rooms are clean and well looked after. They have a special animal ward too. Plus a car park and on the main bus routes through Old Swan.

Vets for Pets OS
Ive always had animals, and I've been to many many vet surgeries; but Vets for Pets in the Old Swan is by far the best in Merseyside. The staff are not all about the money...they love animals! I've never known people take so much time and effort in trying to help! The prices are reasonable and always have offers on as well as a free nurse clinic! Not only that but the care my cats have received over the years has been astounding! This surgery doesn't hide anything from you! Any question is answered and they even hold open days so you can see exactly what goes on behind the scenes! A real bond has been formed between the animals, the owners, and the staff and it is absolutely brilliant. Completely blown the stereotype surgery out of the water!

All the staff are wonderful; you can tell how much they care for animals by the way they talk to them and handle them. They're happy to take as much time as is needed to answer your questions and always give very professional advice The surgery is spotless, clean and fresh too. Recommended!

What can we say about vets4pets what a gem of a place.They were recommended by our neighbours and We are just so thankful they told us about them. The staff are so kind and treat your animals like one of their own. Our pups love coming here and actually cant wait to get through the doors. We have been in vets4pets on numerous occasions due to one of our pups being a little mischeivous and getting himself into bother and being very stressed and worried about our pups when there not feeling there best vets4pets always make you feel at ease and are always on hand if you need any advice via the telephone or facebook. Our two was neutered two weeks ago the staff did a wonderful job looking after them during and after there op they were brilliant. The vets practice is clean to a very high standard and doesnt have that worrying feeling you have when walking into a vet like we have done in other vets in the past. Just a truley lovely place and we would recommend vets4pets to anybody

Great friendly team
We had our new puppy health checked here by the nurse for free. She was really helpful and gave us lots of advice. Going back next week for 1st injections. Nice to go to a vets and it smell and feel clean.
