Welcome to the Tom Wellman personal training. What makes me so different from other personal trainers that you may have already looked at? Most of my clients have come to me because of the one of the following insecurities: the need to lose weight, to tone the body after weight loss, increased muscle build and general fitness. I have during my late teens experienced the need for all of the above and would like to share with you all my story.
I offer a friendly, non-judgemental and supportive service suited to individual needs following your free consultation. I know first hand how daunting attending the gym is, of feeling nervous, intimidated and the fear of being judged. I will personally make you feel at ease within t he gym environment. Workouts are always in a relaxed atmosphere, there is no military style shouting, however there is a 100% positive encouragement to push you to succeed when needed!
As stated above I offer a free consultation, so i can get to know a little bit about you, you get to know a little bit about me (if you haven't already done so by this website!) and that we can both feel comfortable in developing a workout/nutritional program to suit your individual needs. You are able to view examples of one to one personal training and how a nutritional plan works through discussion in addition to the commitment will receive from me as your personal trainer. As part of the consultation i will do a health assessment which will include finding out the following
Bodyweight
Lean Body Mass
Hydration levels
Body Fat
Visceral Fat
BMI

I decided I needed to try something to once and for all get fit and lose weight. I have tried every diet known with no results ! I decided to give personal training ago , I have now worked with Tom for 9 weeks and lost over a stone and 10 percent of my body fat . I do workouts with Tom that I never thought I’d be able to do .
