Does not honour its 2yr warranty
They installed an alarm system in my house with a 2 year warranty parts and labour but after 18 months I asked them for replacement of a PIR Sensor which was faulty. they refused to answer my phone calls. Do not use this company.

go somewhere else
They began an installation for us in January. It is now the end of June and it is still not complete, despite having been paid a thousand pounds. Additionally, the office phone is usually on answer and I left a message I rarely received a reply. We are still waiting and living off empty promises.

Not NSI or SSAIB. BEWARE of this fraud
I used this company for insurance reasons and have found out they are not approved. Beware of them.
