About Us...

One Vision Housing (OVH) is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, with approximately 13,000 homes across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, and more recently Cheshire and West Lancashire.

OVH was formed in October 2006, following a successful stock transfer from Sefton Council; currently operating as a not-for-profit organisation, regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency.

OVH is part of the Sovini Group which was formed in December 2011 and also includes Pine Court Housing Association, Sovini Property Services, Sovini Trade Supplies and Sovini Homes.

We are recognised as one of the best organisations to work for in the UK, having claimed top spot in The Sunday Times Top 100 List and UK Great Workplaces.

In 2014, EFQM named us as the best organisation in Europe for adding value to customers.

One Vision Housing has over 13,000 properties; primarily in Merseyside, but also in Cheshire and West Lancashire.

We offer a range of rental options, to make our homes accessible to as many people as possible.

As a not-for-profit organisation you can be assured that the rent you pay will be reinvested in local communities, to provide you with quality services and to build new homes for those in need.
