Delivery fine, customer service terrible
Things started out well with an on-time delivery. However, the item was damaged and that's when things started to go badly wrong. Going by my experience, dealing with 'customer services' at Island Furniture involves entering into a Kafka-esque world in which previous communications (yours or theirs) are not read, deadlines are ignored, and dates are fixed without telling you. No apology was ever offered and indeed there was a pretty clear attitude of 'not our fault' about everything. Worst of all - I emailed and wrote to the managing director Joseph O'Beirne with a summary of the problems and a request that he investigate what went wrong. So far - no reply.

Island furniture Beds & Couches do what it says on the tin, or instead, the sign. You may get some amazing deals in here, on beds, sofas, cosine sets, chairs, bedroom pillows and mattresses (and considerably more). My all-time preferred item in here needs to be the car-shaped cargo area. I know I am just twenty now but if i ever have young children, I am definitely getting one of these for him/her. Ideal for themed bedrooms rather than the sort involving product you'd discover in more universal, commercial furniture retailers. Island furniture Furniture & Sofas offer you really efficient and also professional service. I managed to get a new computer desk from here and yes it was inexpensive and is also very handy.
