Oh Dear
not really very good at all, impersonal, not too clean, residents are statistics and not treated as people, the carers do the best job they can and they are actually quite good yet constrained by numbers, but the corporate attitude which pervades the establishment (money is most important) precludes any meaningful pastoral or psychological benefits for the residents, it certainly is not homely or welcoming. From my personal observations I would not want any of my relations to stay there
