Getting Started

At GMS, we offer a free initial consultation for all new projects. This gives you the chance to discuss your ideas and requirements with us. We will work with you to deliver what you require, and answer any questions you may have regarding your project. After our initial consultation, we would make sure that you are completely satisfied with the service we could provide, so we can translate your requirements into a project brief.

What Will It Cost?

Our clients at GMS have the option of selecting the ‘full-package' of works (the five stages outlined above), or choosing only specific parts of our architectural services, from initial design stage through to final delivery of the project on site. Our professional fees will be calculated based on your requirements. Some projects are best worked out on an hourly rate whilst others require a fixed fee, or we may suggest a combination of both.
