The double doors on the High street access to the store are an absolute nightmare for anyone with a puschair, young children or a wheelchair. The other day, I had a pushchair and a walking toddler and somehow one of the doors smacked my toddlers' face as I was trying to open another. She was very upset and slightly red on her cheek but more shaken up than anything else. Having only one set of automatic doors seems pointless.. you still have to struggle with the other set of doors. Toilets at Binns are also very child un-friendly. There is one disabled toilet that is on the first floor that is not too bad for access but the other toilets and the cafe are accessed via steps. I cannot believe that this store is now selling childrens clothes as it is making very few efforts to attract young mothers to its store.
