Very Disappointed with Service

On Friday 10th July 2015 I requested repeat prescription for Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets from my Doctor to be supplied and delivered by Jasmin Road Co-Op Chemist. I need these tablets from my 83 years of age skin irritation. Come Friday 17th still no tablets, so after 5 days irritation and use of E45 Anti - Itch cream all week I phoned the Co-Op and was then informed that the prescribed tablets were now unavailable and I would have to request my Doctor to prescribe another form of Hydrochloride tablet. This I did and within the hour I did have these other Tablets delivered. May I thank the great delivery service. I do now wish to issue an official complaint against the Pharmacist that treats an old person with contempt and not to inform anyone of his/her inability to fulfil a prescription. Please supply your complaints procedure.
