From our experiences, error after error, no apologies and zero customer service. This has put a real dampner on our new conservatory. By the way Jenny Cunliffe works for the company as the contracts manager, of course it would be great!!! Karen Peterborough

My horrendous James Oliver Conservatory
It was finished 8 weeks ago, I paid them and then the damp started. Slab not even 3" thick, cavity only 50ml, the list is endless. Now mould and spores growing on exposed brickwork. If you want to know more - email me on shirleygale@btinternet.co.uk
