Appauling customer experience

Very disappointing customer service when items did not arrive when promised. Despite having received postage confirmation via email, the order I placed for my girlfriends birthday did not arrive in time. Upon calling Amanda it turned out she had not posted the items at all and was extremely rude and unapologetic when I expressed my discontent, to the point of laughing down the phone. She is clearly a very talented designer, and I am sure my partner will love the items, however her attitude over the phone was frankly appalling, and were it not that the items were a gift I would have not be offering her my custom. I was fortunate that a store in Leeds had the items in stock for me to collect on the day. If it were not for this however it would have been a sad birthday for my partner who would have been empty handed on her birthday. Amanda should clearly stick to designing and avoid customer interactions as it is not her forte.
