Precision Wedding Consultants offer quality, but affordable bespoke Wedding Planning Packages. We have a passion for perfection and will deliver your perfect day down to the finest detail, on budget. We aim to give the two of you a Wedding Planning service that leaves you completely in control without the stress.

Supplier and Venue Sourcing

Precision are in contact with a long list of suppliers already, a lot of whom will offer our clients a discount or added extras when booking their services through us. We always pass on any discounts in full to you and never take commission. It is important to us that we remain impartial and unbiased. We work for you, our clients, and your wishes are our primary concern, so if we don't already know the right supplier for you, we take the time to find the right one for you, doing our best to negotiate the best deal for you and your budget.

"On the Day" Co-ordination

Precision Wedding Consultants understand that some people would prefer to organise their own wedding. However, this personal touch can only go so far and time and again we hear of people struggling to enjoy the day they have worked so hard to create.

Booking Precision to provide 'On The Day Coordination' can alleviate all of this stress. This package includes:
- A 'Final Details' meeting 6-8 weeks before your wedding day so that you can brief us on what you have planned and exactly how you want it to run on the day.
- We will then draw up a timeline for your day and make sure the appropriate suppliers have a copy and know exactly what is expected of them and at what time.
- We will make any "last minute" phone calls or emails necessary to make sure the last cogs are falling into place leaving you with peace of mind that things are on track.
- On the day we will be where required from as early as required to help decorate the venue/s and coordinate the suppliers. Most of all we will ensure that everything is where it is supposed to be and exactly as YOU planned it.

Post Wedding Aftercare

For those jetting off on their honeymoon or for those who just want to relax the day after, Precision will ensure the venue gets back to how it was before you arrived, returning any items necessary, collecting and returning the groomsmen suits, take the dress to be dry-cleaned, arrange for any final balances to be settled, sending out thank you letters and anything else necessary to help make the post wedding period stress-free.

Speech Coaching

Speech writing and delivery can be one of the most stressful aspects of a wedding for those who are required to give one. Dom Smith is our resident speech coach and is on hand to provide speech coaching for anyone within your wedding party. Allow Dom to use a number of methods to aid you in both the writing of your speech and the delivery, therefore helping to alleviate the stress which surrounds public speaking.

RSVP and Budget Management

Precision can keep track of all RSVPs and help you to manage your budget.

Full Planning and Co-ordination

Precision Wedding Consultants can provide a Full Wedding Planning & Coordination package that is in complete harmony with what YOU want. It is not our intention to take the decision making process away from you but instead to work closely with you, almost in a "personal assistant" manner. We will be there to facilitate the planning of your wedding. We will use our extensive experience and contacts to find you exactly what you want, at the very best prices.
