What good work.
After reading the Review dated May 2004, I would like to point out that I have had my roofing and PVCu completed by ROOFTEC in 2004 and found their work most satisfactory. Although we were issued a 50 year guarantee, we have found no reason to complain, their team of fitters were clean, tidy, polite and hard working. Rooftec were recommended to me & I will and have recmommended to other people.

Roofing & PVCu
We had a roof and PVcu fitted by Rooftec in January of this year, we found their workforce to be very helpful, pleasant to have on our property and the roofing and fascia look outstanding, the only down side was the weather which delayed them for a couple of weeks, but altogether a good job well done. Thankyou

100% customer satisfied
I recently had a garage roof and also garage roller shutter doors fitted. I chose my colour for my roof and doors. 2 weeks later i had a phonecall asking when it was convenient for ME to have them fitted when the workmen came they were polite and did a very good job clearing away all the old roof and taking away all the rubbish with them. I am very happy with my new garage doors and love the fact that i don't get wet when having to open and close them when it's raining. All done by the click of a button. I would have no qualms about recommending this firm to my friends, which i have done, and they also have gone on to have work done

disgusted !
I would NOT recommend the services of this company at all. The 1 star rating is for the colour of the roof, which I like. I paid £1,190.00 for a fibreglass roof on 3rd of August 2003 and at the time of writing this review (28th May 2004) it leakes more now than before. What use is a 25 year guarantee if the roof leaks from day one, and it has taken nearly one year to get to a stage where the Director, Mr Smalley promised my wife faithfully on the 18th May 2004 over the phone that he would ring us back within 24 hours to let us know when they would be out to Quote"fix a problem that has gone on for too long" un quote. Seven days have passed since this phonecall and still no reply. If you are thinking of having a fibreglass roof fitted to your garage, come and have a look at the stains on my roof timbers.!
