We left our retriever Titch 4 yrs & Radley 1yrs in kennels for the first time . Whilst away we kept in touch with the owners who gave us regular updates and posted photos on Facebook using the new doggy playground . On collection both dogs very happy and in same condition as we had left them . The youngest would have rather have stayed with her new friends . We would have no hesitation in using WAGS in the future .

Awful
It's shocking this lady is still able to do what she does the dog warden at the council let slip to me 'not again' when I reported her. My lovely boy came back so distressed and wth missing skin on his elbows. When I asked to see where he slept they refused I insisted and it was a cold bleached floor. My dog has never been so distressed and please do not do what I did and buy into the 'I will text you pics whilst away' I knew my dog wasn't right his tail was under his legs. It's so sad and horrific that this woman can still run a business just because she has corrected a tick box exercise. Vile nasty business woman who didn't even offer money back.
