Wish I had seen this site before I PAID!!! No service and still waiting for a refund. They have replied to emails and said they would refund and that the company had been taken over. However today the email bounced back and the site is no longer their!! Paul or Jason Nurse avoid anything to do with them.. Let me know if you know where they are, will pay them a visit and get my money back!!!

DO NOT HAND OVER ANY MONEY BEFORE THEY COMPLETE ANY JOB. I PAID THEM £500 THEY NEVER TURNED UP TO DO THE WORK. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. I WAS THREATENED WITH THE POLICE IF I WENT TO THERE OFFICE TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.

I found this website by browsing the web and it look real, I made contact with the Owner Jason Bateman or Nurse depends what he chooses to use. Seem nice enough and i transfer £295 as request and booked a time , no one turned up and after a while start to investigate, It appears all the the company wa real its hit hard time and no he is no more than a con artist and know to the police and nor the http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ who are investigating, I would stay well clear of this man and his companies!!, even some of the good reviews are made by his friends. If this review is present he still hasn't refunded me!!

Groupon Customers beware

“Premium Valet in Leicester . Company director Jason. This business went through the company Groupon for discount car cleaning service for the general public to have their interior of their cars cleaned at discount price. I requested a full clean inside and out and my time for them to come to my home was at 10am-12pm. at 1230 I received a text from NATHEN the cleaner stating he was not allowed to clean the car on a public road. I was not informed of this by Groupon or the wife of the company director ( who I had spoken too on 3 other occasions ). I Called the boss Jason who gave me his word to send a cleaner to pick my car up and take to their premises at 4pm. 6 phone calls later and now 6pm I receive a tex from the boss's phone stating to ask Groupon for a refund. This company do not hold to their agreement and their word means nothing. I would advise the public to steer clear of PREMIUM VALET as their service is non- existent . Im not normally a moaner but when i pay for a service I EXPECT a service. My full day wasted and a days pay docked.” Please notice the other reviews are on the same day and note the last two are by same family members. Dont be fooled by these comments. bought a living social voucher which is covered by premium valet for a upholstrey cleaning service was very nice results for £29.99 this was value for money i would also enjoy saying the valeter was very polite very formal and very well mannored once again thank you premium valet
