I made an appointment for my dog to be clipped, they do a pick up service but as it was my dogs 1st time I wanted to go and check it out 1st. I asked them to text me the address which they didn't, so found the address on google. I drove to Croft and at 1st couldn't find the address, I did telephone them, but no answer, so asked the local postman who gave me directions to a B & B!! No sign outside to say it was Pampered Paws. I drove up to the gate to be greeted by 2 large dogs, barking like mad at me. There was a bell on the left hand side of the gate, which I did ring a couple of times but having stood there for 5 minutes I gave up and came home. Very unprofessional conduct, no contact, will not be using again
