Awful Customer Service
I'm new to Leicester and have been driving for 22 years, but I can safely say that I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behaviour from any car garage in my life. I approached the work bay as I needed a puncture repairing and waited for one of the technicians to acknowledge me. I waited, and waited, and I waited some more, even though the looked in my direction several times, I never got so much as a "we'll be with you in a minute mate"!! Seeing as they wouldn't acknowledge me, I decided to approach them and ask who I needed to speak to for my tyre. The first gentleman huffed and puffed (as though I should have just stood there like a lemming for another half hour without acknowledgement); and said, "I'm busy", then turned back to his work. WOW !! Suffice it to say I got in my car and left this ignorant bunch of neanderthals to get on with polishing their clubs. If this is the way you do it in Leicester, then you can keep it. Do yourself a favour, just drive on by this place.
