We purchased a remote control car from Menkind in Highcross, Leicester. It was faulty and when we took it back , the sales assistant was totally unhelpful and wouldn't offer a refund for just £30and fobbed us off with a credit note. If you want cheap chinese made products with zero customer service this is the place to go.
