A very bad agency, doest turn up to appointments, charges £160 fee. Told me will fix a leak, still waiting for 2 months. wants you to sign a contract every 6 months, and charges a fee for that, so they make money every 6 months, and u get stuck for another 6 months with them. This business model is not sustainable and will not last very long. Many other problems, avoid if you can!
