Do not use Aqva Bathrooms - avoid! Do not bother to order your bathroom fittings from this company. There are many, many bathroom suppliers so go with one of them! My experience is similar to many of the reviews below. Part of my order was missing despite it being in stock when I ordered. Initially I was told that I was mistaken and the missing items had in fact been delivered successfully. Over two weeks, 6 phone calls and many emails later and I still do not have those items. I requested to speak to a manager and was told that I would have a call back by the end of the day. That call never came. I requested a refund so that I can buy the items elsewhere but have been repeatedly fobbed off. Each time I phone or email I am told that they need more time to "contact their supplier". In summary - I gave them my money, they took it, I got nothing for it and now I can't get my money back. Rubbish!

Bought £1100 of goods via web site and duly paid Responding email advised no stock of any of my items but full refund would follow in 3-4 days 5th day still no refund to be told wait a couple more days 9th day again told to wait a couple more days Sales team handle calls using christian names only and will not pass you on to management or accounts Told a manager will call back but still waiting Dont know when i will get money back but if you do want to order from them please ring to check stock before you send your payment and good luck I can understand them waiting to refund you if you send goods back but not if they have not supplied anything at all and hang on to your money Poor customer relations

Found a toilet on their website that I wanted to purchase, but the description was a bit ambiguous, so I called up and spoke with someone, asking if the brackets and other parts were included, as they were not listed as optional extras (only the toilet seat was) - they advised me that everything in the picture was included, except the toilet seat. I thanked them and placed my order on the website - which stipulated that delivery was within approximately 5 working days. Like many people here, I got an email say that the item was out of stock and would only be delivered over 2 months later. No problem, I was not in a hurry for it. The week it was supposed to be delivered I called and they confirmed that it should arrive the last working day of that week. It did not - so what? I have waited this long, what's a few more days. The following week, the items were delivered, but without the other parts I had enquired about. I called the company, was advised to email as they could not help me over the phone. Then the fun really started - back and forth with someone that refused to identify themselves or give me a name of the person I was dealing with. They claimed that I was wrong and I would have to pay the cost of return postage. Their emails appear to have been written by a small child, they were rude, riddled with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Needless to say, they were not very helpful and I have had no choice but to request a Chargeback from my credit card provider. It is worth noting as well that they have refused to provide me with evidence to show that the original listing as not been changed (it now has a higher price and the items are purchasable as an optional extra). I am not an unreasonable person, if I have genuinely made a mistake, then I will take responsibility, however I truly believe this was no fault of my own here, as had I been advised correctly over the phone, I would not have purchased the item from them. This company is not even willing to meet me half way.

I bought a stainless steel shower tray from AQVA and had to return it, through no fault of AQVA. I had to arrange a courier as AQVA would not collect it to return it, which I did. I rang AQVA on the day that it was delivered to check if it had been returned ok, and that it was not damaged - the shower tray cost nearly £500, so I really needed it to be refunded. They assured me that it was ok. I then rang almost daily to find out when I would get my refund and I emailed numerous times. After 21 days, when I rang again, as AQVA had still not got back to me about my refund, they told me that it was damaged on arrival. They did not call me to tell me this, I called them. I then emailed and rang almost daily to ask AQVA for photos of the damage and of the packaging - the original packaging, as it had not been unwrapped. It took over 2 weeks to get photos. The courier did not accept the photos as they were not very clear and not of the whole tray. Also because I had claimed 3 weeks after the courier delivery I had missed the deadline - thanks to AQVA not telling me that the shower tray was damaged. I am inclined to think that AQVA had damaged it and were blaming the courier company (Parcel2go - TNT). AQVA have still not responded to my letter of complaint, sent 3 months ago, despite me reminding them to respond to it. I would not buy from AQVA again.

Never experienced such awful customer service - tried to resolve a replacement delivery following their error in delivering the wrong sink - was accused of attempting to get a replacement by fraud even though their courier had collected the incorrect product 3 days ago!! once this issue is resolved I would never go near them again and i would suggest all others avoid!

Bad customer service. Says on web site they are open till 6:30pm in case you have any problem. The male who answered the phone tonight was rude and didn't have the time to talk to me at 5:40pm.
