Avoid these guys at all costs, took 6 weeks to install a bathroom (was quoted 2) left without a flushing toilet for 3 weeks, no hot water for 4 weeks, no washing facilities for 5 weeks. Plastering was done by an unqualified plasterer and was only corrected when I complained. Pipes leaked in the wall when the hot water WAS put back on, electrics were put in the wrong place so the fresh plaster had to be ripped out to fix. Was promised a discount for the inconvenience and then received a bill for the full cost. £2800 WITHOUT floor tiling and decoration, and we provided the bathroom furniture ourselves. Absolute rip off, avoid like the plague.
