Midweek walking meets

These midweek walking meets take place in local hilly regions within an hour drive from St Helens. Recent meets include Pendle Hill and Great Hill, Horwich. Great Hill took an exciting scramble up Black Dean Brook and ended with a visit to Pike Stones Neolithic Chamber. 9 miles total. For more information on midweek walking and climbing meets contact kenfgwood@gmail.com. A weekend meet occurs once per month either at the Hut near Keswick, Wales or Scotland for walking or climbing. You meet people and decide which activity you want to do.
