Very pleased with everything
Absolutely brilliant showroom. It looks very stylish and everybody is very helpful and polite. After sale they kept in contact with me regarding my bathroom. Delivery was fast and helpful. Company worth to recommend.

Impressive
Never been to the new showroom before and I was blown away! Very stylish inside and some great displays around the store. Staff are fantastic too - not too intrusive and very helpful. You must visit this showroom is you are on the hunt for new bathroom items!

Simply fantastic
Most impressed from start to finish , I selected the company upon a recommendation, the quality of the product was excellent, and all the screws and fittings were all accounted for, even down to a drill bit , that coupled with easy to follow instructions made the fitting easy, I was kept in touch regarding delivery by phone and text and my unit was delivered on time as instructed. Absolutely, no hesitation in recommending BB as unlike other companies I have used, they fulfill their promises!! I shall look no further in the future.

Excellent service and an excellent price.
They were great! Really friendly and helpful lady on the phone when i ordered. They kept us fully informed by email. And delivery was quick. We need more items for bathrooms we're installing and I'd go back to them.

Caught short? call betterbathrooms!
As soon as my order was placed i was kept upto date with the progress of it.The delivery was fast and the help i received was brilliant.One minor problem was sorted immediately.Very happy and glad i chose better bathrooms! excellant traders would definately use again and recommend them to everyone.

Brilliant!!!
Vey helpful fro start to finish.. We actually went to the bath store to compare .. wasn't impressed at all and no help from anybody.. The. guy who sorted us out were so patient , took the time to help you choose and showing other products that were not on display.. That's customer service.. Regular emails were sent explaining what had been ordered and when delivery would take place. Once again, delivery service, both guys exceptional and took the time to go through everything on the list. Brilliant .

Outstanding customer service.
After a long search for the perfect tiles for my bathroom, I found them at Better bathrooms. I ordered 8 packs of the plain design and 1 of the stripy design. When the order arrived (very quickly) I discovered that only the plain tiles had been delivered. One phone call to a very pleasant and helpul lady,on the Friday, and the missing box was delivered promptly on the Mon by a lovely gentleman who brought them to me on his way home personally, to save me having to wait for the courier service. I can't recommend Better Bathrooms enough. From an easy internet order, to the phone call to friendly customer service rep, it was a good old fashioned personal service that was a pleasure. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic items, Friendly staff and Fast delivery , highly recommended.
I saw an item on line and it was much cheaper than anywhere else, my first enquiry was if I could return item if I was not suitable , the sales person was very helpful and assured me I would not be disappointed !!! He was right ! However, there was a slight problem with one item - I contacted the sales team who put me in touch with customer services who were very attentive and the problem was immediately dealt with without any stress or hassle .... We are very pleased with this company, their service and their products and have already recommended them to friends .

Cheap Price, Good Service, Nice Products
Ordered a set of waterfall taps for our bathroom. They arrived promptly. Packaged well and with clear instructions. Taps fitted well and really make the bathroom!! Overall, we would certainly recommend Betterbathrooms and would use them again!

Great product and fantastic service
We bought a toilet and basin sink unit with washstand. Both products are great quality and having researched the web, found these to be the best price. From order to delivery, service was great and no issues. Would definitely recommend these to anyone

One Happy Customer
I ordered from Better Bathrooms and received everything as planned, all is perfect and I am one happy customer! The service and level of communication I receive is what I always thought I would get from big companies (but never did). I was explained the rules, the limitations and the situation and all the context. While my situation was different Better Bathrooms used common sense and customer service to resolve the situation instead of hiding behind procedure. It takes integrity and professionalism. Regardless of my specific situation and its outcome. When I left a messages, I always got a call back (you'd be amazed at the amount of companies that cannot tie customers to complaints...). The level of service is far superior to anything I have experienced from any of Better Bathrooms competitors, and they should feel proud of the quality they deliver. I have obviously told many of my friends about your company and I will make a point to buy from them when possible.

Great Experience with Betterbathrooms
We seem to have had a completely different experience to some of the previous reviewers, we found Better Bathrooms a great company to deal with. We ordered with them on the 31st January. 3 days later and everything we ordered was delivered, in perfect condition. Even the delivery driver was really helpful. The installation is now well under way and no problems up to now with quality etc. I have to say, the communication and service we received has been some of the best I've experienced on line, we received emails and text messages after placing the initial order keeping us up to date with what was happening, we even got an email letting us know the goods were being picked in the warehouse! Really impressed and would thoroughly recommend Better Bathrooms to anyone, we will definitely be buying from them again. Not sure about all the other negative reviews here, we're just going off our experience with the company

Perfect Buyer Experience
We ordered a Victorian styled toilet from Better Bathrooms, the toilet was ideal and was exactly what we were after. The toilet we ordered was rapidly despatched and when it arrived, was well packed. Through-out the order, we had good communication with the Better Bathrooms team, and it was a perfect buyer experience.

Excellent service and definately better
After saving over £400 on my bathroom I was really pleased, I then had the items fitted, upon opening the boxes I noticed there was a defective item... I called betterbathrooms and they replaced the product the very next day, wondered if they used

Great Service
I too had the same experience as Sarah, I know they have invested in the customer service experience as they are now doing this great text message service which informed me of my order all the way. Great company and cheaper than anyone else by a mile

Service much improved!
I must admit I had the total opposite experience to the other customer who has reviewed Better Bathrooms on here. I am based in Wigan too and ordered from their shop on Queen Street. The staff in there were really helpful, gave me a good price on the items I wanted. I ordered it through the store no problem but got a phone call from their customer service team a couple of days later to let me know one of the basins I'd ordered was out of stock for a couple of weeks. They offered me some alternatives, all of which were dearer but they offered them to me at the same price, which I was really happy about! Got the delivery 2 days after that and everything is installed now and looks great. I think they must definitely have invested in some customer service training as the people I dealt with were really friendly and helpful, especially with keeping me informed about the out of stock items
