Suits were in my mind all time while going to the shop, but they surprised me with a whole lot collection of various stuff, and in amazing price. would love to shop again.

Brilliant Range Of Blazers
Fell in love with the modern blazer collection, they were exactly what I was looking for. Something that is smart casual but looks very tidy when worn.

Rude and aggressive staff
I bought a jumper from them 13 days ago to the day, when I tried it on it had a hole in one the of the sleeves. I could not get back to the Lowry any eariler than today and assumed that because the jumper still had all tags and the reciept there would be no problem. Boy was I wrong. 20 minutes of rude and aggressive behaviour from two staff members, in which they blatantly called me a liar, that I had damaged the goods myself and I would get no refund! The man started ranting that we were scaring the other customers away by saying they sold faulty goods! When all I'd said is the item I'd bought from them was damaged and I was within my rights to ask for a refund. I've been a customer here for over five years and normally the staff are on the rude side, but I never expected to be treated like a bit of dirt by them. After the man became overly aggressive and intimidating to my partner for no reason we left, but I promised them I'd be contacting trading standards and reviewing them. I'm still in shock from the whole thing and they've lost my custom for good. From other review this seems to be a trend for them, stay away and buy somewhere else.

Excellent collection and wonderful service
The store was perfect for me! It has a great collection with its unique style. The staff were very helpful in providing advice on which suit would be best for me to buy. It's normally difficult for me to buy suits that fit well because of my tall frame but KM were able to accommodate with their in-house tailor - they really went that extra mile in providing that personal service and making you feel valued. Overall, great quality and great value!

rude staff
lovely clothes staff not very polite, when trying on shoes lady was not happy when i decided against getting them, did buy another item however she was still rude

Poor Customer service
The attitude shown when returning a damaged good was disgusting. One felt like a crimminal and that your integrity had been questioned.

Suits you suits me
The place to buy suits, i wasnt sure what i wanted, the staff gave me a few suggestions and i got what i wanted in the end...with change still in my pocket, high quality all round, well impressed

Excellent
The store has a great range of stylish clothes and up-to-date garments, all of which are fantastic prices. The service was great; the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definately shop there again.
