Good Company, Gone Bad!
This seems to be a case of a good company gone bad. Those who really knew their jobs have all left, dismayed by the lack of investment and development, in the interests of profit and cost-cutting. They have been replaced by a bunch of Manchester hoorays, with limited work experience invariably outside of computing and who mainly have only been in their jobs around a year or so. Many work part-time, some 9-5 weekdays, although they are all eager to be off home about 4:30pm as you'll find, if you are ever on the phone to them at that time. They are arrogant in the extreme and more obsessed with power plays and being offensive to their customers, than they are with actually providing the service they are paid to offer. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not answered, support tickets are ignored and the same network issues that brought them down still persist, beyond the capabilities of anybody there to put them right. Rudeness is the order of the day, if ever you are stupid enough to telephone them. Alphadex are an accident waiting to happen and their days are clearly numbered, brought down by a bunch of lamers in Manchester when all their computing power is in London. If their CEO knew what was going on he would turn in his grave. I mean, he must be dead right, to ignore all of this?
