Im Gutted
I have used this petrol station for 30 years and always been happy with the service i have received and the friendliness of the staff but tonight i went in to find a young man with a pony tail behind the counter who has no customer care skills at all. He was so rude and when i thanked him and said good bye he just blanked me. shocking behaviour if you ask me. if i see him behind the counter in future i will carry on to the next petrol station
