Welcome to Bright Futures Day Nursery,

Bright futures day nursery is open 51 weeks of the year providing full and part time day care. Our opening times are 7.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

We offer quality care for children aged 0 – 5 years and the aim of the nursery is to provide a loving and safe environment for the children in our care. Treating all children as individuals and supplying a wide range of activities to encourage their development which will enable them to attain their potential with the help and guidance of our highly qualified staff.


Bright Futures Nursery aims to provide a high standard of individual and group care. The Nursery is a special place, a stimulating, secure and loving environment rated Outstanding by Ofsted in the extent to which children adopt healthy lifestyles, make a positive contribution and which children develop skills for the future.

Children are supported in various ways; by good role modelling, interaction, scaffolding, observation and assessment. We also focus on working one to one and setting up meaningful activities to support children's learning.

The setting opened in 2011 and is proud of its commitment to the community by continuing to provide excellent care and education. The setting is registered to accommodate up to 58 children aged 0-5 years old.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits your child. There is a wide range of excellent resources; well-planned activities and scope for adventurous and imaginative play both indoors and outdoors. Children are encouraged to play in the garden "whatever the weather". Parents are encouraged to participate in topics, activities and are generally made to feel that the setting is for them and their children. There is an open ethos about the nursery that encourages adults and children to contribute towards the nursery and its success.

We also provide Parental webcam, French lessons and Jittabugs (music and movement).
