We are not Estate Agents. We feel that people should have the choice of whether or not they employ an Estate Agent and should have the ability to provide a download of their Brochure or Home Information Pack (HIP)

We are Solicitors and you can use our services without risk and with full Law Society Protection.

We allow you the facility to sell your own property,prepare your own HIP (under our guidance) and show round purchasers yourself.

We do hope that you will employ us to do the conveyancing when a purchaser is found.
