I unfortunately did not have a great experience with clare May that dealt with my purchase of property last year. I had to keep ringing her and remind her to do parts of her job that I was paying her to do. Luckily I was in contact with the gentleman I was buying the property from so I knew when she was giving me accurate information and when she was not. Also, my mortgage lender paid 250 pounds towards my legal fees but Clare did not even let me know when the money was sent to Leigh Bailey. I had to ring her a few months later and she just said she was waiting for further instructions on what to do with the money. It would have been sensible for her to either ring me and ask me for 'instructions' or send a cheque to my address (to the house I had just bought and was living in). The process was completed finally but with lots of prompting! Next time I will use a firm that people I know have used and have had a good experience with.

This Solicitors is excellent for claiming for a personl injury, they attain the highest amount available for you with mediation with the company that is liable for your problem,, I would most definately use them again.. I hear they will be going into conveyncing and also immigration soon too
