photoshoot March 15
Really enjoyed the photoshoot experience from start to finish. Started off with a brew whilst we had a great makeover and had our hair styled. The studio had several different set ups for variety. The photographer helped us pose and gave lots of encouragement. Came back a couple of weeks later to view the photos so we were not picking whilst still overwhelmed. The viewing was very relaxed, no rush and no pushing us into getting anything we did not want. Choose a small handful of excellent pics and was delighted when we collected them and had been given so much more. I would highly recommend John Kieth Photography, made an average couple look stunning :D

Disappointing
The hair & makeup was good and the photographer was pleasant enough. I had to cancel one appointment due to bad weather and Janet, the sales woman was quite sarcastic. On our viewing appointment she was pushy and rude and seemed to expect us to agree to pay for the albums. She said she was disappointed dispite us pointing out that we had already paid for the gift experience which included a free photograph so we were hardly taking liberties. Once we made it clear we didn't want any extra photos, she couldn't get us out of there quick enough and was very abrupt. It is now proving to be a complete rigmarole trying to get our pictures. Someone bought this makeover / photo shoot as a birthday present for me. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Rude arrogant sales woman with no customer service skills. The photographer was ok but very very old fashioned in his style of photography. Disappointed
