Terrible rip off!

I'd give no stars if I could! I bought a voucher off DealMonster, it was £40, 50% off. So it should have been £80. In Preston, the average price for a full head of highlights is around £80/£90 so that's what I was expecting to have. I called to book my appointment & was told it was either half head foils or full head painted on. I accepted & went to my appointment. I asked to have half head bleach highlights. My hair is currently dark blonde & I want to go lighter. I have no bleach in my hair. I explained this to the girl she said okay & went off to mix my colour. She came back after 10 mins & started. I was raising but looked up & noticed she was only covering my roots, I asked her what she was doing & she told me my roots. I told her that she can't just bleach my roots as then my roots would be bleached & the rest of my hair would be a different colour. She then told me she wouldn't bleach my hair as I already have a colour on my hair & it would fall out. I have been having my hair done for over 10 years. Not once have I been told I can't bleach my hair & my hair is in great condition. She then went on to explain that I'm not even having half head done, just my t section & only my roots as I'd only paid such a little amount. I was so angry but she'd already started & I couldn't just get up & leave as I really needed my hair doing as I had an event that night. I thought it might not be what I asked for but it might look nice. She cut my hair & she did do a good job with that. But, when I got back & my fiancé & family saw my hair they all asked if I'd had my hair done because I still had roots. I looked myself & noticed that my lighter blond highlights I already had hadn't been blended in at all. My roots were only a tad lighter than they were before & my hair was no blonder. I'm furious. I feel like I've been totally ripped off as my hair looks exactly the same buy Its cost me £40. I'd warn everyone to stay away from here. I'll never be going back & I don't think anyone else should either. What a joke. Next time I'll just go to Toni & Guy. They may be expensive but at least they actually do what you ask & they do it well!
