Little Learners Nursery

As a Mum I know that you want your child to be safe and happy whilst in Nursery. One of our golden rules for our children is that they must have fun and enjoy their time with us.

All our children LOVE coming to nursery. We are more like a little family.
In our Nursery the children come first. Staff employed here LOVE their job and are trained to a minimum of Level 3.

We are a small nursery, because we want to be. Typically we would have 10 children to 2 Level 3 staff (the legal requirement is 1:8). Therefore places are limited. We do not want to grow in size, the children benefit more from a smaller nursery.

Nursery is set within the grounds of the School, a beautiful rural area surrounded by fields, which typically are home to sheep and horses.
We have a large outdoor area including our own Forest School and foundation stage area. Our indoor area boasts top quality resources and furniture.

Did you know that ALL children aged 3+ (and some 2+) are entitled to 15 hours per week Government Funded Nursery Education. We provide this service.

Our Ofsted inspection result was GOOD with no actions required.

We are situated just off the A5147 from Southport to Liverpool.

We open from 7.30am - 5.30pm.
We take children from 2 years +.
We are a term-time nursery, however we do have links with local Ofsted registered child-minders.
So your child can come to us term-time and you have the option of holiday care with a local childminder. Giving you the peace of mind in knowing your child will be cared for with other children from nursery during holiday periods, and only for the weeks/days you need. So you don't have to pay for extra holiday dates that you do not need. And of-course you can carry on the continuity of the same childminder they know once they start school.
