Avonleigh Gardens was built in 1993 and acquired by MHA in 2007. The Home offers care to 58 residents with a wide range of needs, including learning and physical disabilities and dementia care.
The Home has been built with four wings, each one with its own kitchen. In 2007, the kitchens were all refitted and new carpets laid throughout the ground floor. Outside, Groundwork Oldham & Rochdale has undertaken voluntary work to improve the gardens, at no charge. “I think the Home is beautiful
