Unfortunately, we received terrible service from this firm. They repeatedly failed to action our instructions for weeks on end. We constantly had to chase them up to find out that our instructions had just sat on the file. For six months they did nothing for us, so we ended up transferring our file. We suffered considerable stress, delay & inconvenience as a consequence of their lack of action.
