Terrible customer service
Bought soil from this company. The delivery was quick but their tipper wagon failed and damaged our drive. We contacted the office but the manager hung up uninterested. Eventually we were asked to supply an email which we did. After 2 weeks of further emails and phone calls we still haven't had a single response. Worse than this, they are purposefully evasive and will not supply names of managers etc. They have left us no choice but to pursue through legal channels. Its a shame because I like to champion local business, but I would avoid this company and its management at all costs.
