Shocking.
Food was disgusting. Fries were cold and burnt. Burger had brown lettuce mixed in with burnt onions on it. My daughters chicken nuggets were rubbery and cold. I phoned Boston pizza back and they refused to replace both out meals. I requested they replace my daughters and refund my meal. They don't give refunds and told me I was a liar regarding their food being horrible. I told them to come and pick up the food and I would show them what was wrong with it. The guy I spoke to started shouting and bein very rude so I hung up the phone and received no replacement food or refund. I will never order from here again and suggest people give it a wide birth!!!!!
