I went into the accrington store today 02 december 2004 to purchase an eternity ring, the store didn't have the right size so the sales assistant tried selling me one that was too small. Not good customer service!!! My friend also bought a wedding ring from them that had diamonds in and when a stone fell out the day after she was laughed at. is this how the owners of Peter's jewellers want their staff to treat customers? I think not!!!
